Little Collie LLC, a small software company in Oregon, building tools to make life on the internet a bit better. Little Collie Shepherd is our first.
We started as a consultancy in the UK in 2009. We wrapped up what was then Little Collie Ltd in 2016 when we moved to the US and took a long break as our founder was employed elsewhere.
Shepherd started by just wanting to solve an abuse issue faced by Transport Evolved, the business across the hallway. They made the front page of a conservative website and the abuse just kept coming. The first version of Shepherd allowed them to shield the worst of it. After plenty of discussion and dog walks, we decided that others might need Shepherd too.
So, in 2026, we returned as Little Collie LLC.
Who Is “Little Collie”?
Our founder, Kate Gordon-Bloomfield, runs Little Collie. You might have seen some of her work.
But Pepper, our first Welsh border collie, was our namesake. To us, he was the best, just like all dogs.
