Who is responsible
The controller for this site is Little Collie LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Oregon, United States. Its address for service and published contact addresses are on the contact page; for anything about data, write to privacy@littlecollie.com.
What this site collects
Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. This site has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, no search, no comments and no newsletter. Every page is a flat document served the same way to everybody.
What is unavoidably processed is what any web server sees when a browser asks it for a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your user agent and the referring page, if your browser sends one.
Who processes it, and why
- Cloudflare, Inc.
- CDN and security in front of this site. Cloudflare terminates the connection, serves cached pages, and filters malicious traffic. It sees the request data above.
- Render Services, Inc.
- Static hosting of the origin files. Render sees only the requests Cloudflare cannot answer from its cache.
That is the whole list. The typefaces on these pages are served from this site, so no request for a font goes to anybody else.
The lawful basis for all of this is legitimate interest in serving the site and keeping it available. There is no profiling, no advertising, no analytics product, and no cross-site tracking.
How long it is kept
Little Collie keeps no visitor logs of its own for this site. Access and security logs held by Cloudflare and Render are retained under those providers' own schedules and are used only for operating and defending the site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no embedded video and no social widget. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked.

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. In practice there is very little here to exercise them against — this site holds no record that identifies you.

Changes
If this site starts doing something that collects data — a form, an analytics tool, an embed — this notice changes first, and the change is described here rather than announced by a banner appearing one day.
